Click the Terms of Service button to view and/or print the Terms of Service and Booth Application Form. You will be asked to agree to these terms when placing your online order or when signing the Booth Application on page 3.

If you’d prefer a copy of the Terms of Service and Application be mailed to your home or business address go back to the Cow Days home page and click the MAILING button, provide your address, and one will be mailed to you.

To order your booth online: 1) Click the Booth Order button, select your options, click Add to Cart, answer the Booth Application questions and click Add to Cart again. Then click the Cart icon or Bar (on mobile) to review your order and checkout. 2) Save the confirmation email you receive for future reference (it has your order# and proof of payment).

If you wish to mail-in your order: 1) Print and review the Terms of Service document above, 2) Fill out the Booth Application located on the 3rd page of the Terms of Service, 3) Mail the Booth Application with payment to the address at the bottom of the Booth Application.

If you wish to hand-in your order: Take your completed Booth Application with payment to Forcht Bank at 102 N Public Square, Greensburg, KY 42743. Forcht Bank also has a supply of forms there. Ask for Randy or leave your Booth Application & payment with a Forcht Bank employee.

If you are a new or returning vendor and would like to view the booth layout map for Cow Days refer to these maps. These maps include an Overview map and others which show the booth numbers assigned around the Public Square, North Main Street and the Food Court along Court Street. Clicking the Booth Number Map button presents the viewable and printable set of maps.
